Our first Vegan Made Simple DinDin Party was a sold-out hit! So we’re bringing back one of the hosts for a second go-around. John B. will be serving up his famous homemade Vegan Panang Curry. Plus, sharing a couple of new enticing side dishes including Swedish Meatless Meatballs and Wild Rice Sushi stuffed with avocado and cucumber. It’s a Vegan dream DinDin Party!
Appetizers at the Terrarium – Table 2
Our 2nd Taste of DinDin Party table is inspired by three previous DinDin Party events where Arts and Crafts were the main courses: 1) Crafty Holiday DinDin Party, 2) Appetizers and Abstract Art and 3) Terrarium Making with Boggy Creek Creations.
We’ve asked back Amanda from Boggy Creek Creations to share the art of terrarium making with you. And we teamed her up with DinDin Party Host David who is creating a delicious spread of appetizers for you to enjoy including Little Spare Ribs, Lenny’s Cheese Puffs, Parmesan Herbed Crisps with Walnut Pepper, and Savory Palmiers w/ Roasted Garlic and Rosemary.
Wild Bill’s Smokin’ Meats – Table 3
New DinDin Party Hosts Bill and, his wife, Alison are hosting Wild Bill’s Smokin’ Meats! Bill’s great, great, great uncle (also named Bill) was a cook for the Ohio Regulars in the Civil War. After the war, he continued his cooking career as an itinerant chef traveling throughout eastern Ohio and Kentucky. His trusty mule pulled his chuck wagon. The mule’s name…Wild Bill.
Fast forward to the 1990’s when present-day Bill formed a small catering company offering various fare ranging from smoked and cured meats to ethnic foods. To honor his great, great, great Uncle Bill, his culinary adventures, and his mule, he took the name of Wild Bill’s Smokin’ Meats.
His wife Alison lived with her Scottish grandmother, whose kitchen was always alive with fresh baked bread, pies and such. And today she shares her gift of cooking and baking with her grandkids.
Wild Bill and Alison will be serving up Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket with two homemade Bar-B-Que Sauces (mild and spicy) along with Hawaiian Slider Buns. Coleslaw with a mayonnaise base, Baked Beans made with molasses, maple and brown sugar, and Sweet Potato Salad. Wild Bill’s Smokin’ Meats is a down-home Texas culinary adventure you won’t want to miss.
Chocolate Fountain Dessert Bar – Table 4
Who loves chocolate?! Our fourth DinDin Party Table features a Chocolate Fountain Dessert Bar with fruits, Rice Krispies treats, graham crackers, and marshmallows. DinDin Party Hosts, Richard and Devlin, will be serving Pineapple and Blueberry Fruit Cobbler and Cinnamon Bun French Toast.
