Line a 9x13 pan with foil.
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Let cool and then crumble and press into the pan.
In a large mixing bowl and with a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, white sugar, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Pour on top of the cake crust and spread evenly. Top with cinnamon.
Refrigerate for 1 hour but the longer the better!
